Terms and refunds

This is a convenience translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Products

• MHD-INT Standard and Pro: a license to use the Windows executable, for 2 years (or 7 days for the STANDARD ($5) or PRO ($10) trials, which are non-refundable; the PRO trial does not include the Blender templates), for one person. The full terms are in the License of Use that ships inside the package (documentacion/LICENCIA_DE_USO.md). On expiry the program stops opening until you renew; the files you generated remain yours.
• Blender templates: downloadable .blend files, for personal or commercial use in your own renders. They may not be resold or redistributed as templates.
• MHD-INT Importer add-on: free, GPL-3.0 license.

Delivery

After purchase you receive your license (license.json) or your template download key by email. Delivery is automatic: it normally arrives within minutes of the payment being confirmed. If an order needs review, we do it by hand in under 24 hours. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours, check your spam folder and write to us.

Refunds

• Software: if within 14 days of purchase MHD-INT does not work on your machine (meeting the stated requirements) and support cannot resolve it, we refund 100%. The license is cancelled upon refund.
• Templates: because they are downloadable files, they are non-refundable once downloaded, unless the file is damaged and we cannot replace it.
• Request a refund at [email protected] from the email used for the purchase.

What MHD-INT is and is not

MHD-INT is an educational and exploratory tool that models planetary evolution using published physics and limitations documented in its Theoretical Framework. Its results are approximations of a model, not measurements or certified predictions, and must not be used for engineering, mission, investment or personal-safety decisions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid. This does not limit the rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Use of AI tools

MHD-INT, its templates and part of the graphic material were developed with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, under the direction and review of Roney Rigg Mora.

Use of this site

Do not use the forms to send unsolicited mail, and do not attempt to access parts of the site or of the API that are not public. We reserve the right to block abusive access.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
